Product description:
The CJMCU-8833 provides a dual channel bridge motor driver solution for toys, printers and other mechatronic applications. The device has two H-bridge drivers and is capable of driving two direct current (DC) brush motors, a bipolar stepper motor, solenoid or other inductive load. The output driver block of each H-bridge consists of N-channel power MOSFETs that are configured as an H-bridge to drive the motor windings. Each H-bridge includes circuitry for regulating or limiting the winding current. With the right PCB design, each of the DRV8833's H-bridges can continuously deliver up to 1.5-A RMS (or DC) drive current (at 25°C and with a 5V VM supply). Each H-bridge can support peak currents up to 2A. At lower VM voltages, the current supply capability drops slightly. The device provides an internal shutdown function using a fault output pin for: overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, undervoltage lockout, and overtemperature. In addition, a low power sleep mode is also provided.
