Payment

Elecforest does not support direct online payment at checkout.
Once your order is submitted, our team will send you a confirmed order list and invoice.
Payment is arranged offline after order confirmation.

We currently support the following payment methods:

1. Bank Transfer (T/T)

Bank transfer is our preferred payment method and is recommended for all orders, particularly those over $1,000 USD.

• A bank transfer fee of approximately $35 USD applies per transaction, covered by the buyer.
• Transfers typically take 1–2 business days to clear.
• Once payment is sent, please email us a copy of your TT receipt. We will begin preparing your order upon confirmation.
• Bank account details will be provided on your invoice. Please contact us in advance if you need them earlier.

 
2. PayPal

PayPal is a convenient option for smaller orders.
Payments are processed quickly and securely, with full transaction tracking through your PayPal account.

• A 4.5% PayPal service charge applies to all transactions, covered by the buyer.
• Please send payment to the PayPal account provided on your invoice.
• Once payment is confirmed, we will begin preparing your order immediately.

 
3.Other Payment Methods

We also accept PingPong and other international payment platforms on a case-by-case basis.
If your preferred payment method is not listed above, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 
General Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before goods are dispatched.
• Shipping costs are billed separately after packing is complete.You will receive a shipping invoice before we arrange dispatch.
• All prices are in USD. Please ensure your payment covers the full invoiced amount after any transfer fees.
