We provide cost-effective and flexible delivery options tailored to your order weight, destination, and timeline.
Please note:
customs clearance fees and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer for all shipments, unless otherwise stated.
If your local customs has specific packing requirements, please inform us before we arrange dispatch

4. Delivery to Your Freight Forwarder in China
If you have your own freight forwarder based in Shenzhen, we can deliver your goods directly to their warehouse at no additional charge. Your forwarder is also welcome to collect from our warehouse directly.
Important Notes
- Shipping costs are calculated after all items have been consolidated and packed at our Shenzhen warehouse. Final shipping fees will be confirmed with you before dispatch.
- We do not charge shipping fees upfront. You will receive a separate shipping invoice once packing is complete.
- If you are unsure which shipping method is right for your order, our team is happy to advise.
