please contact us within 60 days of receiving your shipment and we will work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we will offer one of the following:

· Credit toward a future order
Warranty Exclusions
Please note that warranty does not apply in the following cases:
· The product has been soldered, modified, or altered in any way
· The product has been exposed to static discharge or unsuitable operating conditions
· The issue was caused by an accident or external factors beyond our control
