How to Place an Order

We offer two convenient ordering methods depending on your needs. Please read through both options and choose the one that works best for you.



Method 1 — Order via Elecforest Webstore

Best for: customers who can find their required products directly on our website.

  1. Browse our product catalogue and add your required items to the shopping cart. Make sure to select the correct specifications and quantities before submitting your order.
  2. Once your order is submitted, our team will review it and contact you within 24 hours to confirm the order details and send a Proforma Invoice (PI).
  3. After you confirm the order, please arrange payment. Full payment is required before goods are dispatched. We accept bank transfer (NRA), PayPal, PingPong, and other methods — our team will advise on the best option for your region.
  4. Upon receipt of full payment, we will begin preparing your order. Goods are typically ready within 3–5 business days.
  5. Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, we will confirm the final packing details and shipping cost with you. Shipping fees are calculated after consolidation and are billed separately.
  6. After you settle the shipping fee, we will arrange dispatch and provide you with the tracking number promptly.

Note: Our website currently does not support real-time online payment. Payment is processed offline after order confirmation to ensure accurate shipping cost calculation.

 


 
Method 2 — Custom Sourcing & Inquiry

Best for: customers with a specific product list, customers who cannot find certain items on our website, or customers seeking competitive pricing on bulk orders.

  1. Send your product enquiry or procurement list (Excel format preferred) to us via Email, WhatsApp, or WeChat. Our sourcing team will respond with a quote as soon as possible.

  2. If you feel our quoted price is higher than your current supplier, please let us know. We will re-source from additional suppliers to offer a more competitive price.
  3. Once pricing is agreed, our team will confirm the payment terms, shipping method, and any special packing requirements, then issue a formal invoice with payment details.
  4. Please arrange payment upon confirmation of the invoice. A deposit may be accepted in certain cases; however, full payment must be received before goods are dispatched.
  5. Upon receipt of payment, we will begin sourcing and preparing your order. Delivery readiness is typically within 4–6 business days.
  6. Once your order is packed and ready, we will confirm the packing list and final shipping invoice with you before arranging dispatch.
  7. After shipping fees are settled, we will arrange the shipment and send you the tracking number.
